German Pinschers
News Flash GP Puppies born 22nd
Jauary 2004
These are a wonderful vibrant midsize lookalike to
the Dobermann
It is quite possible that the german pinscher was used in the make of
the dobermann to get the colouration of black and Tan.
They are between 400-500 years old as a breed when they broke off from
the schnazers. Often they were culled as short haired schnzers until
they were bred on as there own breed.
The way my partner often describes "Storm" is a cross between an
dobermann and a fox terrier on sugar pills
They never stand still they are on the go. Due to already having to
Dobermann's this was not to difficult to live with as one dobe tires
the other takes over
in play.
Although they look like a Dobermann they are quite different. One major
difference is they are ment to have drop off to the top line just above
the
tail. Their head is more terrier like and they are a vocal breed who
always
has to have the last word.
Pepper is the common colour of Stag Red and Storm is the less common
color of Black and Tan
