Guybrush Threepwood: Guybrush is the hero of the series. Guybrush is an adventure seeking wanna be pirate who goes through dangerous adventures to prove his worthiness as a pirate and to do what he can for his love Elaine Marley.
Elaine Marley: Elaine is one hard girl. However
she is on the side of good and being an adventurous type she always finds
her way of getting involved in the adventures of Guybrush. She loves Guybrush
and is loved by the Evil Pirate LeChuck who she despises.

LeChuck: LeChuck is the bad guy of the series. In the first story he
sees Guybrush as a threat and therefore attempts to despose of him. In
the remainder of the stories he hates him and is afte revenge. He is in
love with Elaine although he has some rather strange ways of showing it.
When he finds that she loves Guybrush he hates him all the more.
