The NZSDP would:

# Investigate and ensure that mental patients returned to the community are adequately provided for. (subject to favourable televote)

# Work towards providing free child health care up to 14 years of age. (subject to favourable televote)

# Enact legislation that will require persons "at fault" in motor vehicle accidents to be liable for all necessary medical care costs of all parties involved. (subject to favourable televote)

# Allow tax exemptions on premiums for Government approved medical care schemes. (subject to favourable televote)
