Constitutional
- The NZSDP:
# Would ensure
that all televotes with clear-cut margins of preference and high interest
levels would be binding upon any government. (NB. Not withstanding the rights
of recognised minority groups under a special Bill of rights.)
The criteria would
be:
(1) A margin of
preference of 38% or better. (Difference between "yes" and "no" vote, or
vice versa, or any one option, and "no" vote.)
(2) Plus, an interest
level of 75% or better. (Sum of "yes", or, all "option" votes, "no" votes,
and "undecided" votes.) (subject to favourable televote)
