Windows 7 and Vista Support Added

Posted: 11/03/2010 20:22
All keyboard definitions have now been updated to work on Windows 7 and Windows Vista, as well as Windows XP and Windows 2000.
Keyboard definitions for x86 and x64 versions of Windows 7 and Windows Vista are included in the same download - just run the installer and it will automatically choose the right one for you.
An ‘Ōlelo Hawai‘i Keyboard Definition has been added to the site.
This can be found in the new ‘Ōlelo Hawai‘i section.
Microsoft New Zealand (with Te Taura Whiri i te Reo Māori and Te Whare Wananga o Waikato) have announced a planned Māori translation of Microsoft Windows XP and Microsoft Office 2003, due sometime in 2005.
From the evidence of similar translations for other languages, this should result in a user interface with about 60%-70% of the text and messages in Māori (and probably most of the most common ones).
It's a great step though, and one that will be eagerly awaited.
