Since 1989 Pamela has worked as an independent consultant running seminars on human resources management, staff motivation, personnel development, stress management, communication skills, negotiation, marketing and team relationships for both the public and private sectors.

From 1988 to 1995 she ran a highly successful series of Career Management seminars for the management consultancy - Tall Poppies.
