Theophilus Taylor

Theo, after a course of dissipation in company with Theodore Hook and the like, entered the Army. He was the handsomest and most fascinating of the family and, exceedingly indeed, only too amiable. He got his father to buy him a commission in the 8th Hussars, a crack regiment and went with them, an ensign, to Bombay, where he met his brother George, and died of fever after only a few weeks sojourn in India.
