The Cambridge Games Club was founded by Bobby Grindrod in 2002. It began it's life serving both Cambridge and Hamilton providing a relaxed atmosphere to promote wargaming of all types. One of the clubs main goals is the development of wargaming as a hobby. As such we provide guidance for both new mature and younger members in both the rules of games and good sportmanship during games.

We are a diverse group, who play a range of games from the popular Games Workshop and Battlefront (Flames of War) games, to the not so well known - 1/300th WWII Blitzkrieg Commander. Most periods are covered (including those that never existed);
