The Raglan Lions are hosting a fun walk on the 8th of October to raise funds for The NZ Lions Child Mobility foundation. We will walk the 3 bridges. it's fancy dress and the entry fee is $5.00 per person or $10.00 a family. Raglan Coastguard is running its latest Raglan Bar crossing awareness day on Sunday 8 October, with support from Waikato Regional Council’s maritime services team. The day gives boaties a chance to learn about how to cross the bar safely so they and family and friends can return home safe at the end of the day. The event will be held at the Raglan Bowling Club on the corner of James and Wallis streets. Registration starts at 8.30am with the day formally
kicking off at 9am. The cost is $35 pre-paid or $40 cash on the day.
