108 Victoria is a bed and breakfast accomodation where the emphasis is on privacy and relaxation. Set in a subtropical garden is a separate self-contained cottage overlooking a beautiful saltwater swimmimg pool. You have the choice of renting the whole cottage (sleeps 6) or alternatively the garden or balcony rooms.

The garden room is a very large room equipped with kitchenette, ensuite, queen bed, double futon sofa bed, tv and dining suite with french doors opening onto the pool. The balcony room is equipped with a queen bed, ensuite, dining table and chairs, tv, fridge and tea and coffee making facilities with french doors to a balcony overlooking the pool.

All the food for a full continental breakfast is supplied as well as a selection of teas and coffee, snacks and fruit bowl. You can wake when you want and make your own. We are there to give you assistance when required but honour your privacy and relaxation. There is no rush, we have late checkout. If you have any special requests we are happy to help meet them.

108 Victoria Rd is situated in the charming village of Devonport one of the oldest suburbs in Auckland. Just a 12 minute ferry ride from busy downtown Auckland, yet still retaining its quaint peaceful village atmosphere; Devonport has something for everyone.

The main street of Victoria Rd is full of delightful cafes, restaurants and shops which lead down to the picturesque waterfront. Several beaches are close by as is a cinema, art and crafts, gymnasium, museum, golf course, library, visitor centre and much more. Devonport has it all and is loved by locals and visitors alike.
