College welcomes groups of any age to Queenstown and offers exciting programmes
designed to cater to the needs of the groups, making full use of the wonderful
facilities Queenstown has to offer.
Course Information: Holiday Program: Queenstown is the "Adventure Capital" of New Zealand and we are able to offer our students exciting and worthwhile adventure activities, only minutes from the school. This concentrates on English conversation in practical situations with three hours English tuition every morning (Monday to Friday). This is followed by exciting afternoon activities to suit the needs and age of the group. Specialised Executive English Courses for Businesses: This course provides a combination of English language study and activities in the specialist area. e.g. Marketing, Business Management, Team Building, Personal Development, Tourism, Office Management Skiing / Snowboarding Programme: The students experience 3 hours studying English per day with the afternoon spent skiing or snowboarding at Coronet Peak. Afternoon skiing / snowboarding can be interchanged with other adventure activities if desired. Examination Preparation Courses: Courses are designed to prepare students for Cambridge Examination Course, IELTS and TOEFL. At the completion of the Group Programme, each student receives a Certificate of English Language Studies from Southern Lakes English College.
