Skellerup Rotomould is a specialist in rotationally moulded polyethylene products. Rotational moulding has a number of inherent design advantages for products such as storage tanks, barrels and buoys.

Rotational Moulding Machines Rototilt machine

The Rototilt open flame moulding machine is custom built and enables production of large scale tanks up to 30 000 litres.

Skellerup Rototanks Made in two specifications - one for water and food, and one for chemicals. Available in sizes from 500 litres to 10,000 litres. Sizes up to 25,000 litres available in the South Island only.
Storage and Segregation Bins These durable storage bins are food grade approved. Also available - segregation bins for safe containment of hazardous goods. Certified by the New Zealand Ministry of Health for hazardous substances 6.1, 6.2 and 8; and in packaging groups I, II and III.

Buoys and floats
Surface and trawl net floats and mussel buoys. Used extensively by the New Zealand aquaculture and fishing industries. Available in a range of colours and sizes.

Dairy Vats and Troughs
Durable vat washers made from virgin grade polyethylene. Available in a tall 130 litre design or wide 135 litre design. Both with lids. Troughs with or without ballcocks for stockwatering and feed storage.

Barrels and Casks
Multi-purpose storage containers in a range of sizes from 20 litres to 200 litres. Available with a standard size inlet/outlet or with screw-on lids. Widely used for storing meat industry by-products, as well as wine and food manufacturing products. All food grade approved.

Tubs and Trays
Wide range of rotationally moulded tubs and trays for any purpose. Available with slip-on lids. Lightweight and easily transported, colour fast and will not rust.
