About Skellerup

Skellerup Industries Ltd is a leader in the "rubber and rural" business. Established in 1910, Skellerup is one of New Zealand's largest manufacturers of rubber goods (excluding tyres) and has been a significant exporter since the mid 1950s.

Since the mid 1980s, New Zealand has become one of the world's least regulated economies. From a remote geographic location, Skellerup is able to compete for business at all points of the globe, and has become one of the largest manufacturers of dairy rubberware in the world.

Our heavy commercial rubber products such as mining rubberware, conveyor belts and roofing membranes have increased the company's export markets, which now make up more than 25% of turnover.

Skellerup Industries gained ISO 9002 certification across five manufacturing and distribution sites in 1995 and continues to improve production methods, processes and quality systems.

Skellerup Rural and Skellerup Industrial are the company's two main trading divisions, however the rotational moulding, foam rubber and base isolation divisions continue to grow each year.
