Basic Service Costs
Patterns are supplied on A4 sized graphed paper sheets normally around 100 by 70 squares. Enlarged patterns can be supplied with less squares per page.
The basic service price is: NZ$35.00 plus NZ$13.00 per additional A4 size pattern sheet needed.
Optional Services and Costs
1 Cropping or Modification of Original
The original can be cropped to any size or shape including circular. Other options are to increase or decrease brightness or contrast, take out background or to fade out the picture to the edge, similar to studio photos. Such modifications add typically NZ$5.00, but major reworks are priced according to the time taken.
2 Colour Print Options
A colour print of almost photographic quality and typically about 17 cm major dimension can be provided of the final cross-stitch appearance for an additional NZ$5.00 per print. This shows the actual number of squares and DMC matched colours of the final pattern. It is strongly recommended that such prints, possibly at various resolutions (numbers of squares) be ordered before getting the pattern produced to ensure that the expectation of the final appearance matches the pattern. This service costs NZ$5.00 as a one-off scanning fee, plus NZ$5.00 per colour printout. The NZ$5.00 scanning fee is deducted from the pattern price if a full pattern is ordered within 4 weeks after the sample prints.
