My Mum came over from Sydney for Christmas again, and after our respective New Years at Prana and Gt. Barrier, we went camping in Coromandel at Karuna Falls. One beautiful summers day we climbed the amazing mountain of Moehau.

There was an incredible change in scenery as we climbed from sea level. First farmland and regenerating bush, then gradually changing dense forests through to unique alpine plants at the top. It was a really muddy climb!
