HANNA PRE MARES
The mother mares at Hanna PRE Stud were carefully selected over 8 years of research. They are all within the 15.2 – 16.1hh range, able to produce bigger foals yet maintaining the classical type of PRE. All have proven to be excellent, gentle mares with beautiful kind, quiet, feminine temperaments, so important in high quality PRE mares. All of them where presented for inscription and valoration during the 2001 revision visit to NZ, passing with excellent marks with scores in the high 70s and lower 80s.

These selected mares are the mainstay of our breeding programme. Their contribution and that of their daughters will ensure to produce a distinct line of PRE horses that we hope will enhance the breeding gene pool for NZ and also produce very good all-round saddle horses with willing, kind, intelligent disposition and athletic aptitude.
