your flexibility, and basic fitness.
We look at your food intake, and current exercise regime and
discuss your weight and fitness goals.
You will receive a comprehensive report, comparing your statistics to the general “norm” and
develop a plan with you to help you achieve your goals showing you how to comfortably reduce your calorie consumption, and create an achievable regular exercise regime.
