Laboratory grade dynamic VO2(Max)  and lactate (anaerobic) threshold testing, enable athletes to tune their training programs for maximum effectiveness

  What we’re about

In a word, YOU.

You want to be the best you can be.
You want to know how you can get the most out of the time you have to get fitter or faster.
You will benefit from our state of the art assessment technologies used by Olympic Teams and Institutes of Sport around the world to better manage your time, training, exercise and nutrition strategies to attain your fitness objectives.

a

Improve your speed and strength by understanding your anerobic threshold through a lactate test whilst you train or exercise.
a Improve your endurance by measuring your VO2(Max) from your breathing as you train or exercise.
a Manage your weight through diet and basic exercise by measuring your body fat and metabolic rate.
Get the most out of your training program or coach by understanding your heart-rate zones for recovery, endurance, strength and speed sessions

Your time is precious and we  understand that "lab testing" can yield different results to those you’d get in the real world,  so we offer you a choice, we can visit you in your training or home environment, or we can run tests under "laboratory" conditions.
For serious athletes, we believe that our “in field” testing service is unique  - we can run Expired air VO2(Max) and Blood Lactate tests while you run, cycle  or row on your favourite course. Our  testing provides real measurements in real conditions, not "predictive" tests that rely upon comparing you with population studies. We can even run Blood Lactate tests pool-side or in open water.
Which ever service you choose, you will get a written report and your data with recommendations in electronic format to work with your coach, nutritionist or health advisor.
