The Pacific region should brace itself for the worst cyclone
season since 98 / 99
Either 4 or 5 tropical storms will hit Australia, 3 From the Indian ocean along the west coast of Australia and 2 in the Darwin area this season,which lasts from 1st November 2008 to 1st May 2009.
The Pacific region which Includes Australia and nearby
Islands in the south
west Pacific, is likely to see 9
tropical storms, five of which will develop
into severe tropical cyclones.
The Central Islands of the Pacific will see at least 1 Tropical
cyclone. with
the Fiji Islands area receiving 2 and 1 in New Caledonia - east coast of Australia Area..
