Terms of Business

The appropriate service fee will only be payable on delivery of the research material. I will include an invoice with the delivery and this is payable on receipt (see Fees for payment options).

All fees would include copying and airmail postage, or scanning and transmission.

Minimum information required for most searches is full name, rank, and number. Where this information is not available, then the research would be conducted on a "Best Efforts" basis.

Level One research would normally be completed and dispatched within fourteen days of receipt.

Bad Debtors

The fees I charge for this service are small and barely cover the outgoings, time and effort required to complete your research. I therefore would appreciate prompt payment.
