USAGE Dosages For Adults : 1-2 capsules per day - This is sufficient for preventive and maintenance purposes, as well as to alleviate minor bone, joint and muscle pain. 3-4 capsules per day - Use a higher dosage to help relieve the symptoms of osteoporosis, arthritis and other problems. Higher dosages can also be used by athletes and those under physical or mental stress. As with all dietary supplements and tonics, one should start with a lower dosage and gradually increase it as needed. The beneficial effects of deer velvet has been shown to increase with higher dosages. Deer velvet is preferably taken on an empty stomach (one or two hours before or after a meal).
