With an integrated receiver and antenna, this monitor receives and displays 2.4 GHz signals from your Xcam2 Cameras without having to be hooked up to an external receiver. 

Because the camera can be powered by an AC power adapter (included) or from two rechargeable batteries (sold separately), you can use it anywhere within the transmitter's range - up to 100 m. (in ideal settings; actual range may vary depending on environmental conditions). The two batteries clip onto the rear of the unit and provide about 3.5 hours on one charge. 

The monitor is compatible with the Xcam2 and Xcam2 PIR cameras. Use it for remote monitoring of your front door, back yard, baby's room and more.

The monitor also offers an audio/video source input, allowing you to view any video source (a television, VCR, DVD player, etc.) using the included audio/video cord. Conversely, you can also use the audio/video cord to connect the monitor's output to a television, allowing you to watch wireless surveillance video on your TV.
