New Zealand born singer songwriter, Taisha is of Maori and Irish decent.  Performing with some of the worlds leading's artists and musicians.  Having done two world tours performing No. ! Taisha was fortunate enough to have the opportunity of recording backing vocals on "Dame Kiri Te Kanawa" album released worldwide 1999, through EMI Classics U.K.  Working with world class producer John Fraser and co producer Peter Cobbin from Abbey Road, the home of the Beatles.  One of the tracks from the album was televised worldwide before each World Cup Rugby match last year, where Taisha was seen performing backing vocals for her.
All of these experiences and more have motivated and encouraged Taisha to write and create her own music, a blend of "Organic Pop".
Indie record label Manawa Music received a NZ on Air Grant to record Taisha's first single "I'll Go" which she recorded with Award Winning Los Angeles Producer/Engineer "Dino Maddalone" and co-produced with NZ Producer/Bassplayer Max Stowers.  Manawa also received a NZ on Air Grant to film a music video for I'll Go which was produced by Ivan Slavov from Independent Film Company of NZ.  View Taisha's music video I'll Go at www.amplifier.co.nz

She previously also completed another original song "1000 Tears"with Dino Maddalone having world class musicians playing on the song:  Viola/Violin player Jimbo Ross who has played with Alicia Keys, Tori Amos & Celine Dion. Ellis Hall, keyboard player & lead vocalist with Tower of Power, Stevie Wonder & Phil Collins.  Greg Wright, guitarist with the Jacksons & Mic Fleetwood.  Al Salas, percussionist who has played with Santana and bassist John Avila from band Oingo Boingo fame.

Taisha did a brief U.S. Tour in 2003, The Best of New Zealand Tour, with other top NZ artist Tim Beveridge, Brendan Duggan and Gray Bartlett, which was a great success.

Taisha is presently working on completing her debut album to be released soon.
