CONVENTIONS
Cairns and Nelson conventions have been and gone, both were great weekends.
All our demos were great and I hope a lot of fun. A big THANK YOU to everyone who was available for all those extra practices at weekends. It certainly helps to pull the dance together and to discuss what to wear.

About 800 convention Registrations went with us to the Cairns convention, approx: 500 were given out during the weekend and the rest left there for clubs to give out. A good number voiced that they would like to come, just hope that they do.
Another 50 registrations were taken to the Los Angeles convention. At least half were picked up over the weekend and again dancers saying they would like to spend time here. We can but hope.
If your taps are more than two years old, check the rivets. Toe taps wear out a lot quicker than heels.
