Tripod - Get 11 megs free, but FORGET IT! I recently discovered that if you don't update your site every 90 days, they try and delete it for you. They give you a warning and a chance to save your site from death, but still, I don't like being pressured! So, maybe this server isn't for everyone! PLUS, I just checked, and they've deleted half my images! If you wanna be screwed around with, this one's for you!  
Nettaxi - 3 megs free! 
Hypermart - BRILLIENT server for advanced users. You can use CGI, and it has frontpage options available too! Only, you're meant to be a business, so if you are, SIGN UP NOW! 
Crosswinds - UNLIMITED DISK SPACE!!!  Sounds too good to be true?  Nope.  This thing's for real.  Come 'n' check it out. 
Xoom - Unlimited space!!! 
Spree - UNLIMITED space!! I've been told it's a fast server, too. 
Stormloader - 10 megabytes with an aparantly easy to use filemanager. Prolly worth a check out! 
FreeDrive - VERY cool. Prolly shouldn't be under the 'homepages' section, coz it's basically another hard drive that you can use for what ever you want, only it's on the net. 50 megs at your disposal!

Unfortunately, you have to pay for it.  But let's face it, having your own .com is SO much cooler than a http://www.yourfreeISP/directory/~yourusername/index.html address, no? :-)

Ummmm, I was going to make a big long list of web counters, but good old Nick has done it all for me.  This has got some trackers, and other little goodies on it too.  Not ALL of the counters are free, but a wide variety of them are.  His site is a must see.
