For each minute late I deducted 20 points. As well, I could not accept incorrect answers like as Kairanga Court instead of Egmont Court, or colour of the slides Blue instead of Green. I didn't deduct points from those who had not quite correct answers, but still managed to tell me after finishing that they had been to the right location.
