THE CLUB
General
The Red Kiwis hold Orienteering
events in the Manawatu, Horowhenua, Wanganui and Tararua regions.
Our club membership comprises
individuals, couples and family groups of all ages.
Casuals are
always welcome at our events.
The Red Kiwi Orienteering Club is
affiliated to the New Zealand Orienteering Federation . We are also a
member of the Wellington Orienteering Association (WOA).
Other clubs in WOA are Wellington, Hutt Valley, Kapiti Havoc, Wairarapa
and Hawkes Bay.
Event fees range from $5 - $12.
You can go on your own, in pairs or even in groups. There is always a
course suitable for beginners and help is available to get you started.
If you join the Club, membership entitles you to the benefit of
affiliation to the NZ Orienteering Federation (NZOF), reduced map fees
at all NZ orienteering clubs events, and newsletters.

suitable for Walkers, Joggers as well as Runners

For the
really young i.e. 2+ year olds there is often a String Course provided.

MEMBERSHIP gives significant discounts on Event Fees as well as eligibility to participate in any event held throughout NZ and overseas.
