Scheduled international services out of Palmerston North (PMR) ceased in 2008 and out of Hamilton (HLZ) in 2009 but Pacific Blue has announced that it intends to commence international services out of HLZ. Air New Zealand has announced that it plans to commence international services out of Rotorua (ROT).
