All popular treks do inevitably lead to the Himalayas, which has always been known as the abode of gods. "But the range of which one wants to explore one self is completely independent. The path & tacks lead to ancient foot trails which mean der through. The scenic river bank. Intricately terraced fields and forested ridges connecting picturesque hamlets &mountain villages, which are usually safe & where no westerners have strayed before. No special degree fitness is required and age is no barrier, except in the areas over 10,000 feet altitude where extra care should be taken. Mt. Everest, Annapurna and Langtang region are the focus for the most popular treks but due to its topographical variation with the altitude ranging from 70 meters to 8850 meters one can enjoy the wide range of selection facility.
