Getting traffic to build downlines is more about the number of links there are to your opportunity than anything else. Many referral ID URL's are not accepted by search engines, so any traffic you send ends up going to the corporate link and you miss out on a signup.
Look for downline and self-replicating sites that allow you to enter your program referral URL's - these can quickly and easily allow you to expand the number of locations where your link is present.
