Kiwis Nest is a large, sunny, character brick home situated in the heart of North Dunedin. We are a few minutes walking distance to the University, Hospital, and the main shopping district which also contains most of Dunedin's cafes, bars and restaurants. Established in 1936 the building features leadlight windows, plaster ceilings, and early Dunedin history. Recent upgrades to the building have made this a warm and cosy place to stay. It is a 30 minute drive from Dunedin airport to the city, we recommend the shuttle service - they will drop you at our door. Payment and Cancellation Policy We accept EFTPOS, Visa, Bankcard, MasterCard, and Cash. We don't require a deposit, however, if you have not confirmed or paid by 2pm on the day of your arrival, then your room may be resold.
