  • Enquiries: For further information about artwork, purchasing, shipping costs etc, contact the Silverstream Gallery by letter, Fax, Email or phone. When referring to illustrated works please quote by title and author.
  • Frames: Any works can be purchased without frames if required, and the cost of the frame can be deducted from the full price. Alternative frames can be arranged if adequate notice is given.
  • Shipping: Works will be sent by New Zealand Post, or by Courier if more appropriate. Rates vary according to speed and method of delivery, so a quote should be obtained if shipping/freight is required.
  • Insurance: All works freighted or shipped will be insured for their full value. Quotes can be obtained when ordering.
  • Packing: All works will be packed with appropriate protection. For watercolours, particularly larger ones, it is suggested that purchasers consider having them sent without the glass. In the past 5 years no reports or claims for damage have been received on freighted or posted orders.
  • Payment: Method of payment should be discussed with Gallery staff. This may be by cash (for counter sales), cheque (with appropriate identification), Bank Cheque, Credit Card (with appropriate identification and checking) - Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club or JCB. It is preferred that Credit Card details NOT be given by Email.
    Cheques should be made payable to:
