Here's a list of the changes that have recently been made to both the plugin and the website.
8/9/02
New plugin release ( v1.4 )
- All plugins now save their settings, with the exception of mask data, in world files. I will look at saving mask data in the next version.
- Sorta Surf, Sorta Surf Multi and Whitecaps now let you choose a colour for the surf effect.
- Changed the defaults for some of the plugins to better values.
- Sorta Surf Multi's surf effects have been tweaked to give finer detail when seen close to.
Changes to the website
- Updated the website for the new version.
- Removed the Binhexed version of the website download. As Stuffit Expander can now open Zip files, removing the Binhexed version saves me some much needed space.
15/5/02
New plugin release ( v1.3 )
- WaterWorks now works properly with Terragen v0.8.44. WaterWorks is now only supported on Terragen v0.8.44 or newer.
- Removed the following plugins because they are effectively obsoleted by the transparent water support in Terragen v0.8.44 - Euphotica Classic, Euphotica Deluxe and Euphotica Gradient. Euphotica Deluxe and Euphotica Gradient may return at a later date, though somewhat modified.
- Removed Shore Snipper because it has been obsoleted by TG v0.8.44.
Changes to the website
- Updated the website for the new version.

- Sliders have been added to appropriate settings across all plugins.
- Sorta Surf has a new surf pattern.
- All plugins that use masks now use BMP files instead RAW files, which should make it much easier to use masks.

Important - WaterWorks can now run on Windows 2000/XP
It has been discovered that it is possible to use WaterWorks with Windows 2000/XP by enabling the Windows 98 compatibility mode. Please visit the Windows 2000/XP page for more information.
Changes to the website
13/2/01
- Added a new page about using WaterWorks on Windows 2000/XP.
- Added a whole lot more links to the TGPGuiLib on the front page.
- Updated Windows Downloads and Requirements sections to match the new Windows 2000/XP situation.
- Corrected some mistakes on the Height Ripples page, where I referred to Whitecaps instead of Height Ripples.
- Changed some code so the pages display properly in IE. I thought I had that fixed, sigh. Basically, the logo at the top of each page is supposed to hard against the top, and it wasn't.
- Updated the links to Yoshiki Shimakawa's Japanese translation and manual site.
Changes to the plugin ( v 1.1 )
Changes to the website
- Both WaterWorks now requires the TGPGuiLib v1.1 to run.
- Win Resolved an issue with the Mask Generator.
- Both Added a File menu, so you can now save the plugin settings.
- Both Added control over the reflectiveness of the ice and patches in Ice Shelf.
- Win Now has version information, which you can view in the Properties dialog. It includes the URL for this site.
- Added a What's New page :-).
- Corrected some mistakes on the Lava page, notably in relation to some of the gradient examples. Thanks to Hendrik Land for spotting them.
- Added the list of tutorials.
- Updated the pages to reflect the changes in the latest version of the plugin.
