Nepal

In September 2004, Chris and I, along with three other kiwi friends, embarked on a five week trip to Nepal. We arranged the whole adventure privately through sherpa contacts and would highly recommend them (Pike La Trekking). We flew to Lukla, trekked up to Everest Base Camp, climbed over Cho La, and returned via the Gokyo region, with some side trips and climbing small peaks along the way. Before returning home we visited Chitwan National Park.
