We are the famous three...
We are the famous three...
Always on the case, whereever we are,
Near or far.
The next day the Famous Three walked back into the village to purchase
"I'm going to go and get some shirts," said Subaru, whose wardrobe had
been the worst to suffer. "I'll meet you at the café down the
Seishirou and Hokuto nodded and waved as they entered the grocery
store. "Don't get lost!" Hokuto laughed.
Subaru laughed too and headed off down to the small haberdasherers at
the end of the street. However just as he reached it, he was extremely
surprised to be grabbed by two men and thrown up against the side of a
house. The two men both wore scarves covering their faces, and they
"Now listen brat," one of them growled menacingly. "You and your
friends had better clear off the moor. Or it'll be the worse for you!
Last night was a warning. Next time it'll be YOU we leave in pieces."
Pulling back, he nodded at the other man, who punched Subaru hard in
the stomach. Subaru collapsed to the ground, gasping for air. When he
looked up again, the two men had gone.
Needless to say, as soon as Subaru could stand again he ran straight
back to his two friends, and told them the whole story.
"Those cowardly sneaks!" Hokuto fumed. "Those beasts! How could they be
so cruel?" She put an arm around her twin. "There, there Subaru, you're
safe now. We won't let them hurt you."
Seishirou took off his glasses and cleaned them. "This has gone too

Tonight, I'm going back to the tree and I'm going to catch them in the
"Well said!" Hokuto seconded. "And we're coming with you."
"Now Hokuto," Seishirou looked concerned. "I don't want to put you or
Subaru in any more danger. This is my fault, I should have called it
off last night like you said. So I'll take the risks."
"Nonsense," Hokuto said stoutly. "As if we'd let you stay out there by
yourself! The idea!"
"You can't, it's too dangerous Seishirou," Subaru said quietly. "These
men were serious. We should call the police."
"They won't be able to do anything," Hokuto scoffed. "I want to know
who these people are, and why they don't want us near the moors!" Her
eyes narrowed. "It's all of us or none of us Seishirou! One for all and
all for one!"
"There's safety in numbers," Subaru seconded.
Seishirou sighed and then smiled. "Well, if I absolutely can't talk you
two out of it, alright then." He looked stern. "But you must do exactly
as I say, understand?"
"We will Seishirou," they chorused obediently.
Will the Famous Three discover the secret of the mystery? What is so
special about the moors? Tune in next time to watch Subaru spend 9
years obsessively hunting Jaelle down to kill her.
Jaelle: It's been a long time, Subaru-kun.
