Here are some of the guitars that I have done work on in the past.

This one is a 2004 Fender© Mexican Standard Stratocaster©. It's a very nice example, the Mexicans take a bit of a beating for their guitars but for a price to quality ratio they are very good. They are let down in the pickup department however. The owner of this one wanted something better. After a lot of research and discussion by myself and the owner we came to the conclusion that Fender© Fat 50's pickups were the right ones for him and the guitar. Thanks to a source in America I can get most parts a lot cheaper than what you would pay at stores in New Zealand. The guitar now has much better tone and range, they sound good clean and dirty.
