Five years after starting the provisional Rotary Club of Kuldiga, Charter President Uldis Kinis, says that the whole club plus wives and children are chartering a bus(es) and will travel to Germany to be guests of a German Club and enjoy German hospitality!!Who would have thought that in 1994 ?
