Greetings to you all.
We have much pleasure to reproduce Vladimir's classic text "Fundamentals of Rotary" which is a work which incorporates a great many standard Rotary texts, RI and District Publications and the latest Rotary Club Constitutions (July 1999) which RI recommends for adoption by all Russian speaking Rotary Clubs. The Russian Text index which follows below is translated into English chapter by chapter in order to indicate what each chapter printed in Russian is all about. The printed version of Fundamentals of Rotary is widely used in by Russian Clubs East of the Urals.
It goes without saying that Vladimir has spent a huge amounts of time to put all this material together for the benifit of Russian Rotary. For this Rotary will always be deeply in his debt. Rotary recognise Vladimir by awarding him the highest honour which Rotary can bestow upon any Rotarian.
At the conclusion of Vladimirs book we also publish the official RI information sheets on Rotary in Russian.
