GOOD NUTRITION and exercise are key ingredients to a healthy lifestyle.

  • GOOD NUTRITION means a balanced diet. What you say? Eating a balanced diet provides the body with the quantities of NUTRIENTS required for good health. This balance varies according to your individual needs.

  • Choose foods that contain small small amounts of FATS, OILS SALT and SUGAR. Overeating these foods contributes to many of the common diseases in Western Societies. NO! NO! NO! chocolates or sweets.

  • Do eat plenty of fiber - found in pasta, rice, breads and cereals etc.

  • Do eat plenty of fruit, and vegetables naturally grown.

  • Do drink plenty of water.

  • Eat meat fish and dairy products sparingly. (Do not over - indulge), unless you are bodybuilding then the food intake changes but should be controlled.

Tip: Eat small amounts and eat often. (enough food to fit into the palm of your hand).
