Our house is built on a small but steep section between two roadways.  This enables us to drive in with level access to the main (top level) and enjoy uninterrupted views from the front. This top level has a large open plan living area, our bedroom and a guest bedroom both with en suite bathroom facilities.

An internal stairway leads down to a self contained visitor flat with two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a sitting room.(It has tea and coffee making facilities but does not have cooking facilities). One bedroom has a king sized bed, the other has two singles.  Even at this level the views from all rooms are dramatic.

Guests join us for breakfast upstairs in the main living area. We believe we have an arrangement that enables us to offer both hospitality and privacy to our visitors. Except is busy times we prefer to accommodate guests in this area. Our policy is to have only one party at a time in this unit

We have wireless internet and a laptop computer available for guests.
