We wish to offer you a very friendly welcome to our new home (finished September 2009-but still requiring work in the grounds).  It was built as a comfortable family home but with the added potential of being suitable for bed and breakfast accommodation.

We are located on the Otago Peninsula but still in the city (see map). Guests have easy access to all the tourist attractions of the Peninsula and the city, as well as the amenities of restaurants and shops.

Please note our house is strictly a no smoking area.
