ok, finally getting back into doing this thing. . talk about forever. lots of news. charlie my nephew was back in hospital with his kidneys. my father is walking again after his vein thing. and mother is about to go into her next phase of radio therapy. at least she doesnt have to drag her boney arse over to australia for the treatment.
shaun has more contracts for CDV, hurrah for sudden strike ad-ons. he also got the weridest contract ever, german contraseptive company wants a 3d flash game where u have to blow up sperm. crazy shit.

ok so i finally update. finished school for the really long summer holidays. strange that the last few posts were when i was on my last set of holidays. end of years was busy. and im lazy. its no excuse but meh.
ok so school. last few marks were a mixed bag ranging from a B to an A+ , average overall mark across the course so far is an A- . not quite jumping off the bridge mark but that minus bugs me.
ooooh shaun bought me a new phone. one that takes pictures. not great pictures but dammit i have a phone that takes pictures. im still figuring out why i need it, but im sure i can fanwank some really good excuse for owning one.

so i got all my other marks back. all A minus all the time. ok so its better than a B but still. i have high standards.
finally decided what this years dissertation is going to be about. i figured since this is actually a course about visual conummication ill go with how the western alphabet was formed. well how one of the many many letters was formed. im not doing all of them.
spent the weekend paint the walls. my sitting room is now a lovely shade of vomit green. ok i know it sounds vile but really with all the dark teak and very balinese structured furniture its giving off a very 'Raffles' feel. very groovey. and now my sitting room matches my hair thanks to the frequent times i hit my head into the still damp sticky painty walls.
back at school, got one of three marks back, its a B. depressing, im a B student, time to slit the wrists i think. actually a B from this tutor is rumoured to be a good mark, he marks hard. plus i know i mucked up a few areas. so ill live with a B for now.
need to get my essay mark back tomorrow to decided if i carry on the same theme for my dissertation. if the marks bad, find a new topic. if the marks good, run with it. not the most scientific approach to eductation but its that or i pick 10 random topics and throw darts in a gruelling elimination process.
also in other news my cell phone is bust. this isnt the world ending tradgey many people would take it to be. ill just use smoke signals.
hmmm holidays rock, went on a road trip with my beloved along the east coast. mini golf and fish in napier and well nothing actually in gisborne. god damn one horse town, actually its not even that, they have no horse, they have a small crippled donkey.
still the point of a road trip isnt the arriving, it the travelling. and the singing at the top of your lungs with the top down and the wind in your hair. also the great sex helps.
ok so im shallow, but im happy coz some lady at the supermarket asked me for id about buying my father some tobacco.. so either she was just being nice and giving me a pity thrill. or she actually thought i was borderline 18. im taking going with the latter because i need a good youth buzz.
ok so massive geek out over the weekend and finished tombraider in 2 days. seriously unfinished look to the game, out of the two sections paris and prauge, prauge has had the most work done on it, visuals are stunning in places and the atmostpheric layering is really, well atmostpheric.
i can see why reviewers riped it to bits, the first section is just horrible, and the controls are very clunky, symptoms of a extremely hurried release by edios i guess.
over all fun and the tension between kurtis and lara is amusing to watch. im thinking kurtis lara FMV porn.
