3 Month Well Child Check:
Progressing and developing well.
Weight: 5.8kg
Head Circumference: 40cm
Length: 58cm
Vision and hearing appear normal. Mum concerned about ? lazy left eye.
Development appropriate for age, gets lots of tummy time.
Attends Newtown playgroup and Emma enjoys it.
Feeding on Karicare and taking about 800mls in 24 hours. Tends to snack.
Lots of coos and babbles and smiles.
Beautifully cared for by Mum and Dad and progressing well.
Immunisations up to date.
