In New Zealand Xmas day falls in the middle of summer, which doesn't seem right to many people especially English, so some nutcases celebrate a mid year Xmas with all the trimmimgs. In keeping with "The Crew's" they held on at Little Chilterns. Below are the results.

     Chris, Gary, Vicky, John, Mitch and Ian head for Taupo for a long weekend of golf for the boys and The New Zealand 3 Day Eventing Championships for the girls. The weather was wet and a good soaking was had by all. Highlights of the weekend were going dutch, Chris ripping off Gary, Ian ripping off Mitch, John saying he hadn't played golf for 20 years and then pars the first hole. Vicky surprisingly staying reasonably sober. The Kiwi's beating the Aussies in the team event for the Trans-Tasman Cup. The boys stopping off at the Putaruru Golf Club for a round of golf and a big feed all for $15.

     Chris and Gary moved out of Little Shavington and into Little Chilterns. Mitch and Ian move into Little Shavington as the new caretakers.

     Chris and Gary take ownership of their new 5 acre property, The Little Chilterns, situated in Ararimu.                      

     Cathy Perrott and Chris took Whiz and Ollie to Karotahai Beach on the West Coast for a ride on the beach and in the sea. Ollie is in training for the Advanced Class at the National 3 Day Event in Taupo during May with Sarah Perrott as the rider. Chris is seen here riding Whiz on the beach.

     Cathy Perrott invited Whiz along to the Pukekohe Equine Swimming Complex. Chris rode Whiz to Cathy's where Whiz and Ollie were transported to the pools. Whiz is a very athletic swimmer and enjoyed his day out. They will be going again next week.

     Bronson, Silver and Yogi returned from their vacation at Gillespie Road. They have certainly cleaned up the paddocks. They are expected to return when the grass has re-grown.

     Gazza today scored his first ever Ace at Maramarua Golf Club. He got the hole in one on the par 3 147 metre 6th hole. It was his first time playing the course.

     Chris finally gets Gary out into the country. After years of trying Gary finally gives in to purchasing a country property. The purchase of a 5 acre property plus 4 bedroom 6month old house in Gelling Road Ararimu was agreed. Settlement date is 23rd April .

     Chris & Gary dropped a few boxes off at Vicky and Johns place at 8.00pm Saturday evening and arrived home at 2.00am. It turned into a box party, it can only happen at Vicky & Johns. The Genie made a guest appearance and magiced up a bottle of rum. Below is John getting carried away again and Chris is bleary eyed as usual.

     Bronson, Silver and Yogi went on vacation to Gillespie Road. Their main task while at Gillespie Rd is to clean up the paddocks. They are expected to be away until the end of March.
Neil headed off today for his big OE, first stopping off in Sydney.
