NoTV
NoTV, the solo project of J-mz Robinson since 1992, embodies the characteristics that originally defined kRkRkRk & which still play a role in its personality today: imagination, a willingness to experiment, a certain fixation on technology & an intuitive approach to recording & performance. NoTV's stylistic influences - early 80's punk/new wave & electro-industrial music - were held in common with many of the label's participants, in the 1992-97 period, but nowhere are they more apparent than in J-mz's uniquely idiosyncratic approach to the medium.
