This diverse selection of trance-inducing electro-industrial soundscapes & quirky, synth-pop song/lyric pieces documents Mikel's 2nd period of recording activity between mid 1996 & the end of 1997.

Variously whimsical & chilling, Deformity tempers its hi-tech electronic rhythms & analogue synth treatments with a unique collection of sounds generated from live & sampled percussion, tape loops, disintegrating guitars & customised electronic appliances.

The album was originally mastered, directly from the 4-track cassette tapes, to computer HDD by Mikel & David in latter '97 & further tweaked, by David, towards the end of 2000.
