Hi, I'm Brian, fat, friendly and fourty-nine. I live in New Zealand and am single again and have four children and five grandchildren. I am a recovering drug addict and have been clean and sober since 11 May, 1988. I have put some information about Narcotics Anonymous and my own story of recovery. I work as a nurse in a drug and alcohol detoxification unit.

These pictures of me and my 4 children present a pretty confusing picture that is far too complicated to explain outside of a doctoral thesis. They are, from left, Cora, Beth, Tama and Melissa and I love them heaps! I also love reading, people, computers, tramping, food and travelling (but not necessarily in that order)

I believe friendship is one of the great joys of life and I have been blessed with some wonderful friends.
