You can find us on the intersection of St. George Street (Papatoetoe main street), Wyllie Road and Station Road. If you are travelling from outside Papatoetoe, take the Papatoetoe/Otara turnoff from the Auckland Southern motorway. Turn west into East Tamaki Road to the Great South Road intersection traffic lights. Turn left, proceed to the next traffic lights and turn right into Kolmar Road. At the end of Kolmar Road you'll find even more traffic lights, turn right into St. George Street. Proceed through the next lights, over the railway bridge and find the church on your left.
Two of our youth, helping make
the church fair a fun time.

Our church has been named after St Martin of Tours (316-387). Martin as a young Roman soldier outside Amiens, one cold winter night, cut his soldier's cloak in two with a sword and gave half of it to a beggar (shown in the picture from a stained glass window in Canterbury Cathedral). Shortly after that he had a vision of Christ wearing the half cloak. This led him to commit his life to full time service for the Lord. He was known as a healer, and developed a practical service to Christian and pagan alike. He was the pioneer of monasticism in France, and later became the Bishop of Tours in France.
