 a daughter of Mr George Bedford,  a farmer of Courtenay  aged 4 years,  died last Wednesday -  an inquest will be held

----genial kindness and courtesy to all passengers  who sailed with him   ------ sudden death at Adelaide ---  native of London,  came to Australia in 1853 
----    entirely self taught,    he leaves a widow and family to mourn his loss.
