architecturalDESIGN is a qualified Design Practice based in Te Awamutu and Awakeri, New Zealand, offering architectural Design Concepts, Client Costings, Constructions Drawings and Specifications and Tender Documentation and Construction Management. We cater for Residential, Commercial and Industrial concept realizations, costing analysis, productions drawings and specifications and project management.
Although architecturalDESIGN is a Waikato and Bay of Plenty Located Business, the internet allows for fluent business communications both Nationally and Internationally.

Design Concepts
Once David has the required information (as built plans and Client Brief), a Concept may be drafted. This would consist of a Floor Plan, and a perspective or 3D object. All may be e-mailed to the client for viewing and printing on their own PC. The 3D object may also be viewed and manipulated in real time on their own PC. Refer to Design Gallery for some examples.

Costing Analysis
From the concept plans we are able produce reasonable costings for the client or builder.
This type of costing method for the client puts the ball in their court. ie. we are able to produce all costs and profits applicable on a full contract basis

Quick design solutions to the more difficult or complicated circumstances to comply with the "Design Brief". This information would be supplied to the main contractor (Design Business), in the form of a Design Plan Sketch and accompanied with a Perspective Sketch.

Construction Drawings-Construction drawings for any type of project as required. This may include bracing calculations and/or specifications if required.

Miscellaneous -Costings/Estimates, Structure/Shape Design solutions and project management are all familiar territory for David.
